Glacier Precast Concrete can build single-story and two-story precast concrete tilt-up buildings. These tilt-up buildings allow the customer to quickly complete their structure. Once all the material is delivered, your building will be up in just a few short days.
We use sandwich panel manufacturing that creates a low-maintenance, energy-efficient structure. Sandwich panels are available with 2″, 3″, 4″, or 5″ closed cell rigid insulation providing up to R-25 ratings and have the added benefit of a completely isolated insulation panel that has virtually no heat transfer through the walls. Our design eliminates the need for additional exterior siding and allows for wood grain, lap siding, cedar shakes, stone, and even rough-cut wood beam textures. Take advantage of our custom-colored concrete and enjoy a unique and impressive building. There is no need for exterior framing. You can attach drywall or other alternative interior finishes directly to the wall panels without special fasteners. Electrical outlets, switch boxes, and conduit are cast directly into the walls, along with any utility penetrations, saving time and money during the construction of your new tilt-up building.
