  1. Confirm the layout, invert elevation, and grade against the approved design.

  5. Set each section with a crane, aligned to line and grade.
  6. Join the sections and seal the joints.
  7. Build the headwalls and wingwalls at each end.
  8. Backfill in compacted lifts and restore the surface.

Everything upstream of that, the reinforcing, the box, the load rating, is already built into the section before it arrives.

Excavation and bedding
